INNOVATION

Ten years ago, my friend Jonathan Duvall (Sigma Alpha Mu, Pitt' 10) suffered a spinal cord injury while we were sledding behind the the medical school in Pittsburgh.
He has been dependent on a power wheelchair ever since then.

He has never let his disability own any part of him. In the interim, he has finished his Masters, started the Students for Disability Advocacy group at Pittsburgh, and leads a start-up company (pathVu) which is focused on improving walkability for disabled citizens in the hilly city of Pittsburgh.

His accomplishments are nothing short of remarkable, and I think you'll be enlightened to read about his journey. Please consider donating to his cause, and check out / recommend pathVu to your friends to help build a healthier community.
